We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our team. Whether you are an experienced clinician or a recent graduate eager to build your career, we offer opportunities for mentorship, professional growth, and clinical autonomy.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions using exercise therapy, manual therapy, education, and functional rehabilitation.
- Manage a diverse outpatient caseload, including musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, post-operative, neurological, vestibular, chronic pain, sports injuries, and geriatric patients.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation in accordance with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario standards.
- Collaborate with chiropractors, massage therapists, osteopaths, physiotherapist assistants, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care.
- Supervise Physiotherapist Assistants,



where appropriate.
- Contribute to a positive, patient-focused, and collaborative clinic culture.

Qualifications

- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Independent Practice Certificate preferred. Resident Physiotherapists are encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in outpatient orthopaedic physiotherapy.
- Experience treating seniors and patients with balance or mobility impairments.
- Manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation experience.
- Experience using Jane App or other electronic medical records is an asset.

Work Location

Pay: $45.00-$52.00 per hour
