Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Stucco Construction Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist skilled tradespeople with stucco application and exterior finishing on residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing surfaces for stucco application (cleaning, masking, and setup)
- Mix and transport stucco materials
- Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools
- Set up and dismantle scaffolding (as required)
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Support plasterers and finishers during application
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn new techniques




- Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites and equipment use
- Previous construction or stucco experience is an asset (but not required)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Solid work ethic and willingness to learn
