We are seeking a motivated and versatile Labourer/Driver to join our dynamic Rubber Paving team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and installation of rubber paving surfaces, operating equipment & hand tools, and safely driving company vehicles to various job sites. Your energetic approach and attention to safety will ensure smooth project execution and contribute to high-quality results. Duties
- Operate tools such as grinders, mixer and other hand equipment necessary for rubber paving projects
- Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment to job sites using our pick up trucks & trailers
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and ensuring proper site conditions
- We will train how to Mix, spread, and level rubber paving materials
- Perform routine vehicle inspections to maintain operational readiness
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of work, including the use of personal protective equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Experience
- Having a clean drivers license with no accidnets is a MUST!
- Some construction experience is a plus
- An outlook to learn and follow instructions

Pay: $16.26-$35.35 per hour
