Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled IBM Maximo Systems Analyst to join their global team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting the IBM Maximo systems across multiple regions ( Germany, Spain and North America).

As the Subject Matter Expert, your expertise will drive the seamless integration of Maximo with various enterprise systems, ensuring reliable performance, security, and scalability.

MUST HAVE: 5 years Maximo Systems experience

This opportunity may lead to having direct reports in the future.

Hybrid: 3-4 days onsite (negotiable)

Responsibilities

- Lead the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of IBM Maximo systems in a global setting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Develop and implement customizations using Java, SQL, Python, and shell scripting to meet complex business needs.
- Manage integration of Maximo with other enterprise platforms such as Oracle databases, AWS cloud services, Azure, VMware virtual environments, and operating systems including Windows and Linux.
- Ensure system security by configuring VPNs, managing user access controls, and applying best practices for data protection.




- Automate routine tasks and streamline workflows through DevOps practices and scripting in Bash or other shell languages.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues proactively, and implement improvements for optimal uptime.
- Coordinate with infrastructure teams to support virtualization (VMware), cloud migration (AWS/Azure), and network connectivity requirements.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports thoroughly for audit compliance and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

- Experience with Maximo security groups, workflows, escalations, automation scripts, and integrations.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and reporting tools.
- Experience supporting renewable energy, utilities, power generation, or infrastructure operations.
- 5+ years of IBM Maximo administration experience.
- Experience with cloud environments, middleware platforms, API integrations, , and.
- Project management or system implementation experience.
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Experience working with international teams across North America and Germany and Spain

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
