Job description:

PROSTAFF is seeking motivated General Labourers for our client in Windsor, ON. This is a full-time position that operates on a rotating continental shift. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are looking to build a long-term career in logistics and manufacturing.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Perform general warehouse duties including loading/unloading trucks, palletizing, staging, and material movement
- Assist with shipping and receiving, ensuring accurate documentation and handling
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production and outbound shipments
- Operate manual and powered material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and production areas
- Support inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Follow SOPs and safety guidelines, including PPE requirements
- Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations




- Assist with material flow to and from production lines to support continuous manufacturing
- Participate in health and safety training, especially regarding lithium-ion battery materials

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics preferred (but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory handling
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures consistently
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (days/afternoons/nights)
- Successfully pass a Criminal Background Check

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $18.60 per hour

- Machine Operator: 1 year (required)
