Responsibilities

- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment using manual or powered tools
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and equipment
- Support team members in completing construction or maintenance tasks according to safety guidelines
- Perform basic tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and assembling components as directed
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members




- Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to manual labour tasks
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labour is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
