We offer full maintenance and apartment turn overs to a landlords and Property Managers in the city and the surrounding area. I am looking for someone that is interested in full time 40 hours per week depending on your skill set and/or willingness to learn. We have routine tasks to be completed as well as work orders submitted by the tenants. We commonly do drywall repair and painting. Also minor plumbing Electrical and cleaning. We do finish and rough carpentry and flooring. Anything that may come up at a multi unit building.

We are interested in someone with a strong flooring background.

We also do renovations at other various customer sites. We are looking for someone that is a self starter and problem solver. Someone that can work reliably alone or as part of a team. Although we consider everyone we hire to be a generalist, we would be interested in anyone to that show a preference for one specific trade or two.
