We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Company Drivers for cross-border open deck operations between Canada and the United States. This role involves hauling a variety of flatbed and specialized freight, requiring strong knowledge of load securement and cross-border procedures. Drivers can expect consistent miles, regular travel into the U.S., and a high level of communication with dispatch to ensure protected, on-time deliveries. Professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate super-b combination units to transport and deliver loads to customers
- Perform trip inspections on equipment to ensure safety and roadworthiness
- Maintain daily logs, trip sheets, inspection sheets, and required paperwork
- Comply with all provincial, state, and federal laws and regulations including hours of service and occupational health and safety
- Communicate daily with the dispatch team regarding load details, safety concerns, and scheduling
- Ensure proper cleaning of hopper trailers to prevent cross contamination
- Operate anhydrous ammonia trailers following company training and regulatory requirements
- Operate super-b liquid tankers and safely handle hoses with product
- Maintain a clean driving record by following proper safety precautions
- Monitor and maintain reasonable fuel economy
- Maintain a clean and tidy interior and exterior of tractor and trailer
- Climb into hopper trailers for cleaning purposes as required




- Complete other duties as assigned

- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Class 1A or Commercial Driver’s License
- Minimum two years of long-haul or cross-border driving experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of transportation safety and regulatory requirements
- Proven reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to lift, secure, and tarp loads as required

- Ability to meet physical demands of the role
