Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in the food industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and customer service skills. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and communication.
- Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed to build a strong team.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu items that enhance guest satisfaction.

Experience

- 5 years minimum experience in the food and beverage industry
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong background in food and beverage handling practices.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting within a restaurant setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
