Salon Rouge is seeking a friendly, professional, fashion-forward Front Desk Receptionist to join our award-winning team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience from the moment guests walk through our doors.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails and text messages promptly.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using our salon software.
- Process client payments and accurately handle daily transactions.
- Recommend and sell professional retail hair products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Offer beverages and ensure every client enjoys a luxury salon experience.
- Coordinate with stylists to keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the salon.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
- Salon, spa, hospitality, or retail experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance with a positive, energetic attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn salon software.
- Experience with retail sales is an asset.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Evening and Saturday availability is required.
