Job requirements (Pastry Cook):

- Laminating, shaping, and production of viennoiseries, puff pastry, and morning pastries

Passion for pastries (professional pastry experience not required, but must be willing to learn)

- Successful completion of a Pastry and/or Culinary Diploma or equivalent experience as an asset




- Food Safe Level 1
- Working weekends and holidays are a must
- Ability to lift 23 Kg (50 lbs)
