Overview
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Line Cooks to join our growing team. Full time and part time positions available. The ideal candidates will have experience in food prep, cooking, and food safety, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations. Candidates should possess excellent food handling skills and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen. And if you can deep fry wings and things to perfection and grill a good steak in a timely fashion, we definitely want to talk to you.

Schedule flexibility is a must. We're looking for someone who prefers to work evenings, although occasional day shifts will be offered. Must be available for evening and weekend work. We'd also prefer it if you live either in town or relatively close by.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations




- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance
- Support the team during busy service times by efficiently managing multiple orders
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food industry standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent service delivery

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments required.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
