Oakridge Landscape Contractors is looking for a confident and reliable Lawn Maintenance Foreperson to lead a high-performing crew and keep commercial properties looking sharp all season long.
This is a hands-on role where your leadership matters - you’ll guide your team, ensure work is done right, and represent Oakridge’s commitment to quality on every site.
Location: Hamilton, ON.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay: $28-$33 per hour, based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a crew of 3-5
- Performing hands-on work: mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, raking, edging, and general clean-up.
- Communicating with clients and supervisors to ensure work meets expectations.
- Motivating your team, solving problems on the fly, and keeping things running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid G Class Driver’s License and clean abstract.
- 5+ years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience.
- 3+ years in a leadership or foreperson role.
