Double Clean Inc., a leading provider of commercial and residential cleaning services across Canada, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Night Supervisor to oversee night operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise night cleaning staff and ensure all tasks are completed according to company standards
- Conduct site inspections to verify quality of work
- Train, support, and guide cleaners during night shifts
- Communicate with managers regarding performance, attendance, and any operational issues
- Handle urgent situations or client concerns during night hours
- Ensure safety protocols and company procedures are followed
- Report daily shift results and updates to the Operations Manager
- Coordinate schedules and assign duties to staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning supervision or leadership role (night shift experience is an asset)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during night operations
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
