Dental Assistant (Level 2 New Grad)

River Street Endodontics is a boutique privately owned specialty clinic in the Corktown Area of downtown Toronto. We are seeking a part time dental assistant to join our team. We are open to new graduates who are reliable, proactive, and share a passion for learning and patient care.

Qualifications:

- Level I and Level II Diploma.
- IPAC, CPR and WHMIS up-to-date.
- Live in the downtown core or within reasonable commute.
- Will be completing Certification Exam.
- Excellent communication and strong organization skills.
- Understanding of IPAC and sterilization procedures.
- Confident using a computer including email and dental software.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare instruments and materials.
- Sterilize equipment and maintain IPAC standards.
- Take diagnostic endodontic radiographs including shift shots and position patient for CBCT.
- Transcribe doctor notes and sent out post op letters and scans.
- Manage inventory and ordering.




- Keep clinical areas organized and clean.
- Complete comfort calls and assist admins when there are no patients.

Compensation: $24-26/HR during training period. Health Spending Account, Scrubs provided, and 3 paid sick days. Hourly compensation to be evaluated after the probationary period.

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9-7 pm.

Part-time with the flexibility to grow into a full time position once trained at a higher wage.
