Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as Farm Worker for the 2026 season. This role is essential for maintaining the productivity and efficiency of our agricultural operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for farming, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Duties

- Assist in rock picking, weeding, and harvesting of crops.
- Assist in grading and packaging of crops.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for various farming tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as required by daily tasks.
- Monitor crop health and report any issues or concerns to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Qualifications





- Experience with farm machinery and heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the day.
- Physically demanding-walking, standing, bending.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn current skills related to farming practices.
