GRAZ Restobar is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our growing team. We are seeking a reliable, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in preparing high-quality food with consistency and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Set up and stock stations before service
- Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary work area
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Assist with food prep, inventory rotation and kitchen closing duties
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team
Qualifications
- Prior line cook experience in a restaurant environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
