The primary role of the for the position is to be the first point of contact for anyone new to the gym. They take informational calls, respond to inquiries handle any customer related services while on shift.

What you’ll do:





- Answer all forms of contact (emails, calls, texts, inquiry forms, FB & IG messages)
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments
- Sell Memberships and other services
- Manage merchandise and product Inventory
- Assist members with account related questions
- Manage cleanliness and organization of office
- Run payments for sold items
- Daily administrative tasks to assist owner/manager

Skills/Qualifications

- Customer service skills a must.
- Experience with Social Media platforms (FB, Instagram)
- Experience with MS Office.
- Previous Customer Service experience.
- Self-directed and motivated.
- Fitness Enthusiast.
- Good communication skills.

Details

- Day shifts, evening shifts, weekend shifts available. (Must be able to work evenings from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm and weekends between 8:30 am and 7:00 pm.
- 10-15 hours a week
- $16 - $18 / hour

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
