Sales Associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our range of vaping products and accessories. This role involves engaging with customers, educating them about products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, knowledgeable about retail sales, and skilled in communication, with the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting vaping products, accessories, and related merchandise
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
- Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the store is well-stocked
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries professionally both in person and via phone or online communication
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing sales records and updating product information
- Ensure compliance with store policies and safety regulations,



including proper handling of products

Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in French or other languages are a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage diverse clientele
- Experience with retail sales, cashiering, POS systems, and computer operation
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Organizational skills to manage merchandising, stock levels, and administrative tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of vaping products, industry trends, and merchandising techniques is preferred but not required; training will be provided
