Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Roofing Project Manager to lead our roofing projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all aspects of roofing construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will drive project success while fostering robust relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Duties

- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of roofing projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to accurately guide project workflows
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam to track progress, manage documentation, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Coordinate procurement of materials and subcontractors while maintaining strict quality control standards
- Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor safety compliance,



quality workmanship, and progress milestones
- Prepare detailed construction estimates using estimating tools like HeavyBid and Civil 3D to support project budgeting and bidding processes
- Manage project schedules with Primavera P6 and prioritize tasks efficiently through effective time management strategies

Experience

- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on roofing or waterproofing projects
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings
- Familiarity with construction estimating software such as HeavyBid or equivalent tools
- Hands-on experience with project management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Civil 3D
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid understanding of construction safety protocols and quality assurance practices
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and deadlines
