Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general manufacturing tasks including loading/unloading, lifting, and transporting materials around the worksite
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, free of clutter, debris, and waste
- Support machine operators, welders, assemblers, and other team members as needed
- Learn and assist with welding processes, including TIG and MIG
- Comply with WorkSafeBC regulations and adhere to all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored
- Carry out other general labour and manufacturing duties as required

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:

- Punctual, dependable, and committed to a strong work ethic
- Physically capable and willing to work extended hours when needed
- Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently




- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Positive, proactive, and willing to learn
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an asset, but not required—full training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of welding is an asset
