Position Summary
Eco Chic is seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Hair Stylist to join our team in Canada. As a senior team member, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and supporting our eco-conscious mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client’s unique preferences and lifestyle
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering professional recommendations
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
- Promote and recommend Aveda products to enhance client results and satisfaction
- Support daily salon operations, including appointment scheduling and client coordination as needed
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional environment
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques,
and product knowledge
- Uphold and support eco-friendly practices throughout all salon operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist (senior-level experience preferred)
- Valid certification or licensing as required by local regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of sanitation and safety standards
- Confidence in retail recommendations and upselling with a client-first approach
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for sustainable beauty and environmentally responsible practices
- Previous retail or salon sales experience is considered an asset
