HIRING KITCHEN STAFF (Kitchen Helper / Line Cook / Kitchen Supervisor) - ESQUIMALT

Sarpino's Pizzeria is looking for reliable and motivated team members to join our kitchen team. We are hiring for Kitchen Helper, Line Cook, and Kitchen Supervisor positions. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and preparing quality food, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Prepare pizzas, pasta, and other menu items according to company recipes
- Assist with food preparation, portioning, and order assembly
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow workplace safety procedures and proper food handling practices
- Supervisory roles may assist with coordinating kitchen workflow and supporting staff

Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle repetitive kitchen tasks and stay organized
- Comfortable working with hot equipment, kitchen tools, and cleaning materials




- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs when needed
