We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operations and lead a team of approximately five employees. This role is ideal for someone with at least one-two year of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse environment who is looking to grow their career while making a meaningful impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating stability, improving processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the warehouse operates safely and efficiently.

Pay: $53-55k/annual base (monthly incentive bonus)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
- Lead, support, and schedule a team of approximately five warehouse employees.
- Take ownership of warehouse performance, organization, and productivity.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and inventory controls.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and protected work environment.
- Train, mentor, and hold team members accountable to company standards.
- Work closely with management to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Address and resolve operational issues in a proactive and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 year of warehouse supervisory or management experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a small team.
- Experience with inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
- Forklift experience is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to take initiative, make decisions, and assume responsibility for warehouse operations.
- Proficient with basic computer systems and inventory software.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
