Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various facilities. Duties

- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate, ensuring systems operate efficiently.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose problems.
- Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as drainage or water supply connections.
- Use welding techniques when necessary for repairs or modifications of metal components within HVAC units.
- Assist with boiler maintenance and repairs to ensure reliable heating solutions.




- Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or mechanic with a solid understanding of mechanical systems.
- Solid knowledge of plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and appliance repair techniques.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately.
- Mechanical knowledge complemented by construction experience is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting is essential.
- Basic familiarity with electrical systems related to HVAC equipment is preferred.
- Valid certification or licensing in HVAC technology; additional certifications in plumbing or welding are advantageous.

Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour
