Company OverviewTsingbei Education is seeking a motivated and organized Academic Advisor to support high school and university students with academic planning, educational guidance, and student services.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, enjoys working with students and families, and is able to provide professional and personalized educational support in a cooperative environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome students and parents and provide educational guidance and academic support
- Assist students with university planning, academic pathways, and program selection
- Support students in preparing application-related materials and online submissions
- Maintain regular communication with students and families regarding progress and planning
- Collaborate with the education team to deliver personalized support and student services
- Maintain professional customer service and a positive learning environment
- Assist with administrative and coordination tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Demonstrated success in guiding students through applications to Top 20 U.S. and Canadian universities.
- Thorough knowledge of U.S. and Canadian university admission requirements and application processes.
- Strong experience in guiding students through college application essays, personal statements, and supplemental writing.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Experience studying or living in Canada preferred

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
