Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support our daily warehouse and production operations in a glass warehouse setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling glass products and materials with care, maintaining accurate inventory, preparing customer orders, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes. This role also involves providing courteous service to customers and supporting production activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Load and unload delivery trucks safely, ensuring glass products are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.
- Move, store, and organize glass products and materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Supply production areas with required packaging materials, containers, and other supplies.
- Keep the warehouse clean,



organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Greet customers and drivers arriving at the warehouse in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers promptly or direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably in shipping and receiving.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to read, understand, and accurately process order numbers, labels, and product codes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with order picking, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Forklift experience or certification is a strong asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Experience handling fragile materials, such as glass, is an asset.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
