Overview

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Clothing Sales Assistant to join our retail team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and promoting our clothing products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Bilingual abilities and experience in retail or sales are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and support diverse clientele.

Duties

- Help to organize for online sales
- Provide product demonstrations and detailed information about clothing features, fabrics, and styling options
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Operate POS systems for transactions,
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and highlight new or promotional items
- Manage inventory levels on the sales floor and assist with stock replenishment as needed
- Offer personalized styling advice to enhance the shopping experience
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times




- Support team efforts in achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or merchandise merchandising preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Proficiency with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to perform product demos effectively and upsell products tactfully
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation essential for engaging with clients
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with fashion products is advantageous
- Ability to work well within a team, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude
