Overview
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining an organized and inviting sales environment. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs in a professional manner
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Provide product knowledge on general building supplies and related merchandise
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure proper stock levels through merchandising techniques.
- Support inventory management by organizing stock and replenishing shelves as needed




- Engage with customers to promote sales and special promotions effectively
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising practices
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain store appearance
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when needed
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
