About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Tow Truck Operator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, safety‑focused, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. We operate a contemporary fleet of trucks, offer steady work, and provide unlimited earning potential for motivated drivers.

What You’ll Do

- Operate a tow truck to safely and efficiently transport vehicles
- Provide professional customer service in a variety of roadside situations
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company procedures
- Work closely with dispatch and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Recover, transport, and deliver vehicles from accident scenes, breakdowns, and private properties
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with trucks or equipment
- Safely load and unload vehicles, including those requiring specialized handling (e.g., forklifts or machinery)
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and towing documentation
- Assist with vehicle repairs or maintenance when required

What We’re Looking For





- Valid Ontario driver’s license (AZ/DZ preferred, or willingness to obtain)
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Clean criminal record check (required for CAA and Police contracts)
- Tow Operator certification preferred — training available for the right candidate
- Strong commitment to safety and responsible driving
- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair or equipment maintenance is highly desirable
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, evenings and weekends
- Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
