We are seeking a detail-oriented CPA to join our growing team. We are a company specializing in real estate rentals and construction, and we're looking for someone to manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- CPA designation is required.
- Fluency in French is required.
- Experience in real estate rental/property management and/or construction accounting is strongly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, tax compliance, and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
Experience with construction job costing, rental property accounting, and multi-entity accounting will be considered a strong asset.
Pay: $54,000.00-$87,410.00 per year
