We are looking for an experienced Professional Automotive Detailer who takes pride in delivering vehicles at a high standard.

This is not an entry-level wash-bay position. The successful candidate must be able to independently complete full interior and exterior details, prepare vehicles for retail sale and ensure every vehicle is ready for customer delivery.

You must be dependable, organized and capable of maintaining quality while working efficiently in a busy dealership environment.

Responsibilities

- Complete full interior and exterior vehicle details
- Prepare new and used vehicles for customer delivery
- Wash, vacuum, shampoo and deodorize vehicle interiors
- Clean leather, vinyl, plastics, carpets and upholstery
- Perform paint decontamination, polishing and waxing
- Remove light scratches, stains, pet hair and odours
- Clean wheels, tires, glass, door jambs and engine compartments
- Apply paint, fabric and interior-protection products
- Inspect completed vehicles and correct deficiencies before delivery
- Maintain detailing equipment, supplies and work areas
- Report vehicle damage or concerns before beginning work
- Work with the sales and service departments to meet delivery deadlines

Qualifications





- Previous professional automotive-detailing experience is strongly preferred
- Experience using polishers, extractors, steam cleaners and detailing chemicals
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vehicles
- Reliable attendance and ability to meet deadlines
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual-transmission vehicles
- Able to stand, bend and lift throughout the workday
