We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our culinary team as a Lead Cook. Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Serve food to guests efficiently and courteously, ensuring excellent customer service
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation protocols
- Assist in food presentation and plating to ensure visual appeal
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Follow all food handling procedures to meet health and safety regulations




- Support the team during busy periods by assisting with meal preparation and service as needed
- Ensure all food preparation areas are organized and stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies

Experience

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Experience with serving guests in a fast-paced setting is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
