Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but motivated individuals with strong communication and customer service skills are welcome to apply. Training and support will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, and email
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales
- Work with the finance team to assist customers through the purchasing process
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from first contact to delivery and beyond
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Valid driver’s licence
- OMVIC registration or eligibility to become registered is an asset
- Previous sales or automotive experience is an asset
- Must be comfortable working evenings and weekends as required
