We're looking for an experienced and confident Head Groomer to join our supportive, team-oriented salon. We're passionate about creating a positive environment where groomers feel valued, supported in their trade, and empowered to provide exceptional care for the dogs entrusted to us.
As our Head Groomer, you'll lead by example, support and mentor fellow team members, and deliver high-quality grooming services with a strong focus on animal welfare and client satisfaction. If you have a passion for pets, excellent grooming skills, and an interest in helping a team grow and succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
Duties
Head Groomer
- Responsible for delivering exceptional grooming services while assisting with leading, training, and supporting the grooming team to maintain high standards of quality, safety and client care.
- Pamper pups with baths, trims, and nail clips.
- Check coats and skin for the best grooming treatments.
- Keep the grooming area spotless and tools sanitized.
- Chat with pet owners about their furry family's needs and preferences.
- Handle pets gently to keep them comfy during grooming.
- Build great relationships with clients and address any questions.
- Help with scheduling appointments for our furry clientele.
- Saturdays required
