Located in the heart of downtown Charlottetown, Rodd Charlottetown is a newly-renovated historic hotel known for its charm, elegance, and genuine Island hospitality. As a central gathering place for both locals and visitors, we take pride in delivering memorable dining and event experiences through our restaurant, bar, and banquet services.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender/Server to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in both our dining room and banquet settings, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced and guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages
- Provide knowledgeable beverage recommendations based on guest and meal preferences
- Create a welcoming and engaging bar experience
- Take food and beverage orders, prepare and serve drinks, and assist with overall service flow
- Deliver exceptional service in both the dining room and banquet functions
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Respond to guest feedback professionally and ensure a positive resolution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous bartending and serving experience




- Solid understanding of cocktails, mocktails, wine, and beer, with the ability to guide guests through selections and offer tailored recommendations
- Must hold a valid Responsible Beverage Service Certification
- A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with guests
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- A strong team player with a supportive approach
- Energetic, reliable, and passionate about hospitality
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
