Responsible for preparing and cutting cook and fresh meat products, maintain inventory, and ensuring that all products are of the highest quality.

- Cut, trim, wrap, prepare and sell BBQ and fresh meat products according to customers specification
- Clean and prepare ingredients for cooking
- Maintain inventory and ensure that stock is rotated and stored properly
- Clean, sanitize and maintain work area and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting and purchasing meat products
- Available to work flexible schedule, including weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform heavy lifting
- Follow all safety and health guidelines and procedures
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards
- Able to speak Tagalog, Chinese, or Vietnamese is an asset but NOT required.
