Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Leasing Manager to lead our leasing operations and oversee a team of leasing agents. This is a commission-only position, ideal for someone who is confident in sales, motivated by performance, and capable of managing a team in a rapid-paced environment. You will be responsible for leasing available units, supporting leasing agents, monitoring lead follow-ups, coordinating property visits, and ensuring leasing targets are achieved across our portfolio.

Responsibilities

- Supervise, train, and support leasing agents.
- Assign leads, property visits, and available units.
- Monitor follow-ups, applications, performance, and signed leases.
- Conduct property tours and communicate with prospective tenants.
- Manage the leasing process from inquiry to lease signing.
- Review applications and collect all required documents.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and availability updates.
- Develop strategies to improve conversions and occupancy.
- Communicate with property managers and owners.
- Resolve escalated tenant or applicant concerns professionally.





Qualifications

- Experience in residential leasing, property management, or real estate sales.
- Previous leadership or team management experience is preferred.
- Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple agents, properties, leads, and applications.
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Compensation: Commission only. Earnings are based on individual and team leasing performance.
