Job Overview
The Operations Administrator ensures the efficient operation of our business processes and support systems. This role will collaborate closely with various teams to optimize operations, manage data analytics, and support customer success initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to swiftly troubleshoot and address integration-related issues and provide onsite support for students and instructors as part of the operations team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Extract, clean, analyze, and present business performance data to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making processes.
- Explore information analysis methodologies and industry best practices applicable to educational data within the LMS framework.
- Uphold data integrity across the LMS and interconnected systems through routine validation and reconciliation tasks.
- Aid in information management efforts to facilitate seamless transitions between systems, minimizing discrepancies.
- Drive and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and success, providing tailored solutions and support.
- Respond to students' email, requests and technical troubleshooting and coordinate with external partners involved in integration projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, projects, and performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and compliance.
- Perform general office tasks, such as ordering supplies, managing incoming mail, and handling routine correspondence.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations Management).
- Proven experience in operations management, business analysis, or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to analyze and optimize business processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to providing exceptional support and service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis, project management, and customer relationship management.
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
