Cowichan Valley Volkswagen is preparing to open in Duncan, BC, and we are looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Advisors to join our team.

Cowichan Valley Volkswagen is part of the same family ownership group as Harbourview Volkswagen in Nanaimo, a locally and family-owned dealership serving Vancouver Island since 1983.

What we are looking for

The successful candidate will be someone who:

- Is driven, self-disciplined, and motivated to succeed
- Delivers excellent customer service
- Communicates professionally and confidently




- Can guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish
- Is comfortable building relationships and following up with customers
- Understands or is willing to learn how to use social media, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, to build connections and generate leads
- Works well in a team workplace
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Holds a valid BC driver’s licence
- Has a VSA Salesperson Licence, or is willing to obtain one

Job details

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, with Sundays and one additional weekday off
Work Location: In person, Duncan, BC
