ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Service Sales Associate to join our remote team in Surrey, BC. In this role, you will be the voice of Vaporizer Store, helping customers find the right products, answering questions, and creating a positive experience with every interaction. You will work from home, connecting with customers via phone, email, and chat. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves helping people, enjoys sales, and wants to be part of a growing, mission-driven company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Connect with customers via phone, email, and chat, understanding their needs and recommending the best products
- Educate customers on our products, including e-liquids, hardware, and accessories
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and resolving any issues




- Build genuine relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the team to improve the customer experience

WHAT YOU BRING

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Basic computer skills and comfort with online tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
