We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and families. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing practice where your clinical voice, leadership, and expertise will be valued.

About the Role

As a BCBA, you will provide clinical leadership in the development, implementation, and oversight of individualized behavioural services. You will work closely with children, families, Behaviour Interventionists, and other professionals to create thoughtful, goal-focused care plans that support skill development, independence, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct behavioural assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and oversee skill-building and behaviour support programs
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to Behaviour Interventionists
- Support and coach caregivers in using strategies at home and in daily routines
- Review data regularly and make informed clinical decisions
- Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation
- Collaborate with families and other service providers involved in care
- Contribute to a supportive and high-quality clinical environment

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

- Current BCBA certification in valuable standing
- Master’s degree in behaviour analysis, psychology, education,



or a related field
- Experience working with autistic children, youth, and families
- Experience with assessment, treatment planning, and staff supervision
- Strong communication, leadership, and caregiver coaching skills
- Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation
- Clear Criminal Record Check, including vulnerable sector clearance
- Legal authorization to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in home-based and community-based services
- Experience with early intervention and school-aged clients
- Familiarity with culturally responsive and trauma-informed practice
- Experience with virtual parent coaching and supervision

Work Setting

This role may include:

Pay: $70.00-$100.00 per hour
