Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook fresh roti according to traditional recipes and specifications.
- Ensure all doughs are prepared with proper consistency and quality standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage ingredient inventory and notify management of supply needs.




- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times.
- Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in manufacturing, culinary arts, or warehouse environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of traditional roti-making techniques or Indian cuisine is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Good organizational skills and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision.
