Our client, a leading women's apparel company, is looking for an experienced Women's Fashion Designer to lead the design and development of stylish, commercial collections with a primary focus on women's pants and coordinating separates.

Responsibilities

- Design seasonal collections focused on women's pants and complementary tops.
- Research trends, fabrics, and market opportunities.
- Shop the market and purchase samples for inspiration and product development.
- Work closely with overseas suppliers and product development teams.
- Develop design packages and oversee the sampling process.
- Travel internationally as required.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience designing women's apparel, with strong expertise in pants.




- Excellent knowledge of bottom-weight fabrics, fit, and garment construction.
- Robust understanding of the women's 30+ market and commercial fashion trends.
- Experience working directly with overseas factories and offshore teams.
- Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
