Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus to guests and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any issues or concerns
- Process guest payments accurately using cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing and resetting tables
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role,



preferably in a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide outstanding guest service with a positive attitude
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
