We are looking for a fast, effective, and reliable cook to join our growing cloud kitchen specializing in Indo-Chinese cuisine. The ideal candidate is passionate about cooking, thrives in a high-volume environment, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook authentic Indo-Chinese dishes using a wok range.
* Handle high-volume orders efficiently while maintaining food quality and presentation.
* Pay close attention to order details to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
* Multitask effectively by managing food preparation while fulfilling live orders.
* Maintain consistency in recipes, portion sizes, and taste according to company standards.
* Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
* Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures, and food safety regulations.
* Demonstrate professionalism,
respect, and strong kitchen ethics and etiquette.
Requirements:
* Previous experience preparing Indo-Chinese cuisine in a restaurant or cloud kitchen.
* Strong knowledge of wok cooking techniques and the ability to operate a wok range confidently.
* Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
* Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
* Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
* Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices.
