We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our client's manufacturing team! The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with tools and equipment, and a strong work ethic. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment while developing valuable skills in warehouse management and assembly processes.
Duties
- Prepare vehicles for production by washing, masking, cleaning, inspecting, and staging them.
- Install accessories, decals, trim, and other vehicle components using hand and power tools.
- Assist with bedliner production and other production line tasks as needed.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Report any quality issues or damaged materials.
- Move vehicles and materials throughout the facility.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Support different departments and assist with other production tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience or background in manufacturing, assembly, automotive or production environments preferred
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively
- Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to learn multiple production processes and adapt to changing operational requirements.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence
Hours of Work
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
