Dental Office Manager / Front Desk Receptionist

The ideal candidate has previous dental office experience, is proficient with Open Dental software, and is passionate about providing outstanding patient care and customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist patients with a warm, professional attitude.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient communications.
- Coordinate treatment plans and recall appointments.
- Handle insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and billing.
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries.
- Support the clinical team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Help maintain a positive, organized, and productive office environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a dental office is required.




- Proficiency with Open Dental software is required.
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy practice.
- Professional, dependable, and a collaborative team player.
