Compensation

This is a commission-only outside sales role, consistent with Ontario's Employment Standards Act exemption for outside salespersons. Your earnings are based entirely on what you produce — no base salary, no hourly pay, uncapped.

Reps in their first summer typically earn $3,500–$4,000/month. Top performers consistently earn $7,000–$8,000+/month.

Requirements

- 18+ years old
- Legally eligible to work in Canada




- Able to work outdoors and walk residential areas daily
- Available Monday–Saturday
- Full-time Availability
- No experience required

Preferred (Not Required)

- Background in sports, customer service, or any people-facing role
- Previous sales or D2D experience
- Competitive or team-based environment experience

This role runs through the summer (end of August 2026) with the option to extend based on performance. It is not remote. This is a commission-only outside sales position under Ontario ESA — your income reflects your output. Reps who follow the system and work consistently do well.
