Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare food by wrapping shawarmas, assembling bowls, and plating meals.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables for daily food preparation.
- Wash dishes and keep the dishwashing area clean and organized.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen, prep area, and dining area.
- Safely operate kitchen equipment and follow all food safety procedures.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner hours while maintaining quality and speed.
Requirements
- Positive English communication skills.
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is an asset but not required.
- Experience preparing wraps, bowls, or similar food items is preferred.
- Friendly, respectful, and customer-focused.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic with attention to cleanliness and food safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Food Handler Certificate is an asset (or willingness to obtain one).
